What a terrific time it is to buy a home in the Charleston area! While last year's market saw a shortage of desireable inventory, this year there are some wonderful homes to choose from! How can I help?

It is still a great time! Our inventory is extremely high and so there is a great selection of nice properties to consider. Sellers are more willing to negotiate than they have been in some time and interest rates are down a bit from where they were last month. May 2007, and the weather and real estate in the Charleston area are exceptional! A cooler than normal Spring has given us wonderful days on the golf course and in the park and our warm weather to follow will give us some wonderful beach days!

We are in a firm buyers market although many sellers are moving and taking nice profits with them. Interest rates are low...a great time to be in the market!
