This is the old trail (at least most of it) used to bring guests and supplies to Two Medicine Lake area on horseback before roads existed. East Glacier Trail starts Scenic Point and the trail winds its way down the mountains onto the grassy Rocky Mountain Front. It is approximately 14 miles to the East Glacier Lodge and a good fitness level is suggested. Remember to pack enough food and water for the day!
