Why You Should Work With A REALTORĀ® To Sell Your Home

Selling Real Estate is a complicated process, and a REALTOR® serves as a professional helping you handle all aspects of the selling process from determining a sales price, marketing the property, and negotiating a sale. Buying or Selling a home requires disclosure forms, inspection reports, mortgage and insurance documents and settlement statements. REALTORS® are knowledgeable experts and can help you prepare these documents to avoid delays or mistakes and take the stress out of selling your home. REALTORS® will provide information on comparable listings, pending sales and sold properties to help objectively determine a proper sales price based upon research, your needed net proceeds from the sale, and your time-line.
Your property will be advertised through the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), and by doing this you will have all of the Real Estate Agents who are members of the MLS working to sell your home for the price of one!
