Country Club Shores is a wonderful waterfront neighborhood on southern Longboat Key, FL that was developed in 5 stages starting in 1962. Almost all of the homes are on the waterfront, either bayfront, bayou or canal. This neighborhood with deep-water canals is popular with boat lovers and water enthusiasts. Most of the homes were originally old-Florida ranch style homes, however many have been ton down and rebuilt.
