It's Monday and you're sitting here thinking about how can I get more sales? The answer is easy, get up and go meet new people, network, figure out new innovative ways to market yourself!! Add 10 new people to your database this week.
2008 started out very slowly for Realtors. Surprisingly as bad as the market has been, sales have been increasing as the year moves on. Why? Realtors have learned to adapt. Have you learned to adapt to this market, and what are you doing to stay ahead of the changes?
Many Realtors increased their marketing during the slow times, while others slowed down if not stopped their marketing. In speaking with a lot of Realtors, I have found the Realtors who increased their marketing during the slow times are now busier than ever! As a Realtor, you always want to be prepared. You never know when the market will change. If you stop marketing yourself and sales start to increase, someone else will benefit because they have kept their name and face out there.
