Palermo

Palermo is located at 1501 Front St. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi. The gym is adequate and they also offer several computer rooms. One of the properties I looked at in Palermo was a 1 bedroom that was a short sale. Being less than 300k it seemed like good value however it wasn't very large and there wasn't much of a view and there was no balcony. The HOA's fees are very reasonable. If I remember correctly they were less than $300 (for a 1 bedroom).
