Union Square is a mid-rise building located at C St and Broadway. It's 7 stories with 262 condominiums.

Pros: Reasonable hoa fees. Parking. Nice Recreation room.

Cons: No swimming pool. Not in comfortable walking distance of Gaslamp, Petco. Police station is across the street.
