Acqua Vista

Anyone know anything about Acqua Vista? It's an eighteen story building in Little Italy. The prices seem a little more reasonable than in other high rises although it appears to have valet parking which must raise the hoa's and the 2 bedroom 2 bath listing I was looking at included only one parking space. The rooftop swimming pool looks impressive.
