Downtown San Diego Condos

<p> Palermo is located at 1501 Front St. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi. The gym is adequate and they also offer several computer rooms. One of the properties I looked at in Palermo was a 1 bedroom that was a short sale. Being less than 300k it seemed like good value however it wasn&#39;t very large and there wasn&#39;t much of a view and there was no balcony. The HOA&#39;s fees are very reasonable. If I remember correctly they were less than $300 (for a 1 bedroom). </p>

<p> Anyone know anything about Acqua Vista? It&#39;s an eighteen story building in Little Italy. The prices seem a little more reasonable than in other high rises although it appears to have valet parking which must raise the hoa&#39;s and the 2 bedroom 2 bath listing I was looking at included only one parking space. The rooftop swimming pool looks impressive. </p>

<p> Located at 325 7th Avenue The Legend is directly ajacent to Petco Park. The Bosa developement offers 170 condos and 8 townhomes. Prices range from the 500&#39;s to 2m+. The hoa&#39;s are 700+. </p> <p> <strong>Pros:</strong> Right next to Petco Park. Social lounge on 7th floor with view of Petco. Nice gym and pool. Walking distance to Gaslamp restaurants and nightlife. </p> <p> <strong>Cons:</strong> Right next to Petco Park. One parking space for two bedroom units. </p>

<p> Union Square is a mid-rise building located at C St and Broadway. It&#39;s 7 stories with 262 condominiums. </p> <p> <strong>Pros:</strong> Reasonable hoa fees. Parking. Nice Recreation room. </p> <p> <strong>Cons:</strong> No swimming pool. Not in comfortable walking distance of Gaslamp, Petco.
