for those looking to put their homes on the market the uptick in home sales is very encouraging. It remains to be seen if this increase in sales was entirely the product of the tax rebate program for first time buyers.

Loss mitigation agents at the banks are always painted as the bad guys. Short sale agents need to remember that these people get up every morning, come in to work and don't want to listen to some jerk of an agent treating them like they are idiots.
