A bad movie review is an art form, combining repugnance with hilarity. Roger Ebert was one of the best, though a couple of lines in today's NYT were pretty hilarious.

There are No Accidents - Chicago's Plummeting Hotel Condo Market

The downtown Chicago hotel condo market is plummeting. Of 12 projects, only two remain viable to mix hotel condos with residential condos after The Elysian pulled the plug on 130 hotel condos to restructure its debt.
