The Manhattan loft on the 7th floor at 20 East 17 Street came to market on March 10, in pretty much the same market uncertainty as today. It took all of 17 days for terms to be agreed upon and a contract to be signed, and shows up on today's Sold & Closed

In the entire long history of 714 Broadway #4 it is surprising that I have only hit it once before February, in a Manhattan loft open house review on October 26

Unit #2D at 257 West 17 Street (The Steiner Building) shows up today as Sold & Closed in our inter-firm data base.... The footprint is a wonderful variation on a Long-and-Narrow Manhattan loft layout....

The 4th floor Manhattan loft at 13 Jay Street showed up yesterday as Sold & Closed (with a clearing price of $2.175mm). Interesting that they never dropped the price in the 4 months it took to get to contract off that $2.495mm asking price. Yet the seller

The 4th floor at 543 Broadway has a long sales history and -- as of today -- a new firm and price. Shawn Felker and Denise Joseph of PruDE are now marketing this "classic Soho loft!!" of "2,200+ sq ft" for $1.995mm. I hit it in its last round of marketing
