I need to ask some questions at The New Firm, but as of now it appears that Corcoran's "loft" category is much smaller than OLR's (as I got only 4 new listings and less than 600 lofts in inventory) and that I cannot (easily? at all??) count loft sales for

Inventory continues to melt in the Phoenix, AZ market. Inventory Valley wide is at a 4.3 month supply and we are beginning to see the average price per square foot increasing slightly.

The Phoenix, AZ market continues to see dramatic improvement. According to the Cromford Report, at our current rate of absorption, there is a 1 month supply of foreclosure inventory.
