Are there bargain homes to be found in Los Gatos (and Monte Sereno), as in a lot of short sales or bank owned houses, condos & townhomes on the market? These types of properties have been in far shorter supply in the Los Gatos area than in most of Silicon

North San Diego County is not experiencing a flood of foreclosures and has very little available for sale that isn't a short sale or a bank owned property.
