Lockboxes are there to protect homeowners and to help agents do their jobs. In this part of Virginia we use primarily an electronic lockbox. As with any system, abuse happens.

It's a bargain hunters market. Inventory is stable in most counties, contracts written are up. A little good news is a nice start to the summer.
