I do enjoy driving along and coming across a family of horses grazing in somebody’s yard, but to get to see the deer that still, that long, with nothing else to distract you is amazing.

The answer is almost always no. I would say that 90% of the time there is plenty of room to drive on the beach at high tide. There is certainly less room than at low tide and the sand is going to be looser.
