A comparative market analysis is a snapshot of the current real estate market and helps to determine a list price for a property, or if a property that is a consideration to buy is considered "worth" the asking price.

Our real estate industry consists of many small markets on a local level. Due to the recent boom we experienced across the nation, many people have started to believe that all these market are a single entity. This couldn’t be further from the truth.
