OnBoard and realPING Agree To Technology Alliance
Yorktown, VA -- realPING, a Virginia based technology company reached an agreement with OnBoard, LLC, a leading solutions provider that transforms information on homes, communities, and schools into powerful decision support content, to cooperatively market each other's services and “realPING” enable all of OnBoard’s consumer-facing, local information reports.
realPING is a VoiP-enabled 'CLICK TO TALK NOW' service that allows users to instantly respond to a consumer inquiry. Statistics from the National Assn. of REALTORS indicate that 78% of the time, consumers will 'deal' with the first agent that responds to their inquiry.
When a consumer engages the "Talk to me now" button on any web-based page, they get a branded page that asks for their phone number. Once they enter their number realPING automatically and simultaneously initiates a call back to both the consumer and the agents within three seconds. The caller’s first impression will be that the response is immediate and in person.
Once connected professionals can deliver to the caller’s desktop OnBoard reports, listings, virtual tours, or any online content by entering codes on any phone.
OnBoard LLC CEO, Marc Siden said that any technology that better connects the agent with the ability to service the consumer is a benefit to all parties involved –- the consumer, the agent and the industry as a whole. He said that he views this new relationship with realPING as a huge win-win for OnBoard clients.
