Document Systems Releases LoanMagic V 4.0

Document Systems, Inc. (DSI), a leading developer of mortgage technology for compliant loan document preparation and customer contact management solutions, has released version 4.0 of its popular LoanMagic® software. The new application combines tools for lead management, contact management, mortgage loan calculators, side-by-side loan comparison and marketing into a single tool.

“The biggest complaint we hear from the broker community is that they are tired of being forced to buy a different technology for every job they have to do,” said David Bartels, industry consultant, trainer and Director of Educational Services for DSI. “With LoanMagic 4.0, we’re giving them everything in one application. That’s why we call it a Point-of-Sale software program.”

LoanMagic is designed to be used in conjunction with any Loan Origination System (LOS). The software gathers and tracks leads, walks originators through the loan sale process, collects contact information, pulls credit, compares loan programs and delivers pre-disclosure documents. All of the information can then be seamlessly delivered to the LOS for loan processing and closing. The updated information can be easily returned to LoanMagic for post close review and follow-up.
