Allison James Expansion Continues

Allison James Estates and Homes is proud to announce that they have achieved another milestone in their national growth.
The Lake Suzy, Florida based Virtual Real Estate Brokerage now operates in 10 states and has 300 Realtors around the country, with plans to add another 1,000 Realtors in the next year.
Allison James Estates and Homes first opened their doors on January 3rd of 2008 and have seen an explosion in the acceptance of the Virtual Culture since that time.
James A. Crumbaugh III CEO and Founder of Allison James Estates and Homes says that “In the beginning it was difficult to get Realtors and Brokers to understand the Virtual Culture concept of a Real Estate brokerage. Since then, however the Realtors are starting to flock to our business model faster and faster. We use to get 4 or 5 Realtors a month joining our company and now we are starting to get 4 and 5 Realtors a day joining our company. Our strongest market is in Sothern California, with Florida being a close second. We believe that we had the right business model, at the right time, in the right economic environment”.
Mr. Crumbaugh goes on to say, “Today’s Realtors are working harder and harder, and expect to keep 100% of their commissions. The economy and the slow Real Estate Market of the last 3 years have forced the Realtors into a situation where they need to keep every dime of their earned commissions. The Realtors joining our firm are very experienced and independent and believe in the golden rule. We endeavor to give them the back office support equal to the best Brick and Mortar firms in the industry”.
Allison James Estates and Homes now operates in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Texas, Iowa, New Hampshire, Maryland, North Carolina and Florida. We expect to also be up and operational in the next 60 days in Massachusetts, New Jersey, and South Carolina.
