MLS - What do You Think of These Statements?

-States should strive to make the legal process of buying and selling homes FULLY DIGITAL (what does that really mean?)
-States should fully digitize government maintained real estate records such as titles and liens, so that they can be searched electronically.
He does not seem to understand that title insurance is more than a search, it is for insurance and the premium is based on many factors.
-States, where applicable, should eliminate non-disclosure rules that prevent the public from accessing sale prices for residential purchases. (He claims this will make it easier for Zillow and its ilk).
-State lawmakers should ENSURE CONSUMERS CAN USE LOW-COST BROKERS WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF TECHNOLOGY TO MAKE HOME BUYING AND SELLING MORE EFFICIENT.
-POLICYMAKERS SHOULD REQUIRE LICENSED BROKERS TO PROVIDE OPEN ACCESS TO THEIR REAL ESTATE LISTINGS.
“Antitrust regulators and the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) should investigate whether MLS actions to block data from online listing companies are collusive and exclusionary, and state policymakers should require real estate brokers to provide OPEN ACCESS to their real estate listings.”
