These are lower numbers than would traditionally be expected at this time of year. We should now be moving into the "busy" period. Still, there is plenty of inventory out there and buyers appear in no hurry to make offers. We really should start to see these numbers increase though as otherwise, when homes do start to sell at a beter rate, we could easily see a shortage in a very short period of time and that will bring us back to the multiple offer situations and panic buying we experienced last year. This is not good for most people.
