Greetings from Micky Land. The real estate market is still hovering near the bottom and most of those in the trenches feel sellers who absolutely do not have to move are staying. So where are the bargains now.....there is still a large inventory of foreclosures, pre-foreclosures and short sales out there. They are selling though and we are moving through our inventory. It is anyone's guess as to how long that will take.

Relocations are still steady and my site has maps and information on schools, activities, sports, entertainment, etc.
