Loved your articles, 10 questions to ask a condo board... and 5 things to avoid... and Tips for finding.... I am going to steal these, change them to the San Diego area and use them for potential clients. Thanks, any way I can pay you for your ideas, just ask. But I have no money this year yet, but I am working hard and learning (from sites like yours) and hopefully I will soon cash in.

I wish I could do a few weeks of blogs before I put them on line so I won't be so obviously green. Looks like fun! I've just started using www.TowneAcres.com URL to direct people to a special page about our neighborhood - lots of useful links, and getting good response already. Four of the six people running for City Commission want to put statements on the site, and I'm getting good feedback. Lots of time, but worth it.
