I love what you company is trying to do with unifying messages! I had actually looked at a range of products that do parts of what your company does.
Question - does it have the availability to send visual voice mails? Whereby the message is transcribed and sent via email?
Also, how does your service handle Team situations? - where there are, say, 3 agents on one team.

As Garrie said, we go one step better than visual voice mail. We actualy send the link of the voicemail to your e-mail, so you can listen to your voicemails as you respond to e-mail. As he said, you can forward voicemails by e-mail, whether they are voicemails you receive or voicemails you create for marketing purposes. Further, as he points out, listening to the actual message is better than a transcribed copy.
Be advised, too, that this service offers group messaging too. . works for a team as well as a large office or more. You can set up pre-sets that allow you to reach teams/groups quickly and easily.

What about calls to ones home phone? How can I be sure that the calls are for me and not for others in the household who may want to receive their calls right away?
