The Real Estate Technology Guide by Saul Klein, John Reilly, and Mike Barnett.

The Real Estate Technology Guide is a smashing success in every respect -- Content, Design, and Utility. Not content to rest on their e-PRO laurels, the real estate industry's popular Internet Crusaders (Saul D. Klein, John W. Reilly, and Mike Barnett) have published a compendium of real estate technology information that will appeal to Internet newbies as well as the most Web-savvy professionals.

I confess that I commenced reading this book with a low level of expectation about what the book could offer to someone who has embraced, in fact, devoured Internet technology since the early 1990s. The book quickly proved me wrong. In fact, it gratifies the reader with crisp writing style and rich content that is organized and faithfully sequential. The book explains the workings of technology and how agents can use technology tools to enhance their business and increase their bottom line.

I got this book at the National Assn. of REALTORS convention in New Orlean. It was one of 12 books that I took home. This is the best read in the lot. Real estate brokers would be wise to buy this book by the case and share liberally with their agents.

I have another confession. I'm a pushover for books that are superbly designed. I am mere putty in the authors' hands. I get lost in sage quotes that follow the chapter headlines, and I am breathless when faced with perfect type font selections and simple and elegant initial caps. I surrender my good senses to smart, succinct shaded inset tips and wisely applied graphics. Buy this book, you'll love it!

Other reviews:

"This is a great real estate technology book on a topic that has received too little coverage to guide realty sales agents to wisely select tools they need to prosper. On my scale of one to 10, this outstanding new book rates a solid 10."-- Robert J. Bruss, syndicated columnist

"The Real Estate Technology Guide is the most thorough work to date on the application of technology to the business of buying and selling homes. The authors establish themselves as the bilingual experts in the field - speaking both 'real estate' and 'technology' at the same time." - Frank Cook, Real Estate Intelligence Report, author of 21 Things I Wish My Broker Had Told Me
