Walk2Shul.com, a new online real estate listing service, matches prospective buyers and tenants with properties that are within walking distance to an Orthodox Jewish synagogue, also called a "shul".

"By providing these services, we hope to help ease the challenge that Orthodox Jews worldwide face when relocating," says Ron Gerber of Walk2Shul. Walk2Shul currently lists properties in Florida, Los Angeles, New York, and the greater Boston area. Eventually, listings will include sales and rentals from across the world. Membership is free. Members can contact owners of properties, advertise on the site, and sign up for automatic e-mail notification for desired listings.

Resources on the web site include real estate calculators, helpful articles on buying and selling real estate, Jewish life articles highlighting lesser known Orthodox communities, and one of the largest directories of Orthodox Jewish synagogues worldwide.
