The podcast offers important information about ways to achieve real estate success that will appeal to both real estate agent newbies and veterans.

Equally as important as Gaylord's success tips are the tips we can take on successful delivery of a message. Here are some tips about online communication and delivering a message to a niche market:

Tip 1:  Execute an e-mail blast for opt-in newsletter subscribers. Gaylord sent a well-designed HTML e-mail blast to NAR newsletter subscribers.

Tip 2:  Produce a video to display on your web site or blog. Study Gaylord's video. It is almost 12 minutes long and it is bookmarked in segments. Each tip he offers is bookmarked on the video. This is ingenious. Viewing "Find and Be A Mentor" takes less than a minute.
