I Don't Sell Real Estate |

I'm not really a real estate agent, I'm a problem solver. I don't actually "sell" anything. Whether I'm the Buyer's Agent or the Seller's Agent, my job is to solve your problems. By the time you get to me, either by internet, sign, print, or referral you are already a Buyer or a Seller. At that point I begin removing obstacles that stand between you and your prize.
If you are a Seller, I solve problems in order to make a sale happen. That will include knowing what your goals are, making certain we agree on a realistic price, knowing your property inside and out, advising you on pre-listing and staging ideas, helping you understand your role in the process of marketing and proceeding with a tried and true marketing plan that insures that Buyers will become interested in your property.
If you are a Buyer, I solve the problems that may stand between you and your goal by making certain you get a good product, a good price, a good mortgage and an easy transaction.
At the end of it all, I ease you through the closing. Because I've solved all those problems that might stress you out, we have reached my goal: a closing at the right price. Every Seller is entitled to a fair price for his property. Every Buyer is entitled to pay a fair price for a property. Somewhere in there is the right price. My goal is to get you both to the prize at the right price and terms, thereby solving everyone's problems!
