NEW! www.plaxo.com = Outlook contacts + gmail contact + yahoo contacts pllus more. I've been using plaxo to sync Outlook contacts and cal. on multiple computers for years...they just opened up the sync to include Gmail contacts...just in time for my Droid!!! The cloud just got bigger....

SentriLock, an electronic lockbox provider owned in part by the National Association of Realtors and hopefully is the choice of HUD and Realcomp.
As we all know HUD is making electronic lockboxes mandatory. As I understand, MCBwas awarded the nationwide Mortgagee Compliance Manager (MCM) contract from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This should make MCB responsible for the expense of the lockboxes (they will get reimbursed from HUD), a major concern and relief for the HUD listing brokers.
