Here's Austin's situation: prices are holding except perhaps in outlying areas where the cost of commuting has gone up with gasoline prices. Numbers of sales has dropped abut about 20% in both May and June. Houston showed the same pattern of stable to higher prices with a lower number of sales. Here are the Austin charts:
