I have been selling real estate for almost 25 years, well at least I was selling..I up and moved to a brand new market right at the peak of this small resort area and just as the real estate market was starting its downward turn.  Now how smart is that.? I have had to go back to the very core of my being when I started my real estate career.  No one knows me here, so I am free to screw up and try new things because I can make up my reputation or creatge a new one..Ha..anyway I have found that in any market going back to what we used to do when we were  roookies, you remember those days, when we had no clients, can keep us listing and selling.   Anyone else move to a new market or have some sure fire ways to help me take over this market?
