Good news!  The available housing inventory has now dropped below 06 and 07 totals.  This is good news for both prospective buyers and sellers of Orange County real estate.  For sellers it means less competition, and for buyers it's an indication that the local housing market is close to the bottom.

So, now is an excellent time to be looking at properties.  Even though the inventory has declined over the past month, there are still some exceptional opportunities - especially with lender owned houses.
