The nice folks at WebMD recently put out a list of things you should do this winter to get fit and keep fit. They include:
- 1. Let beans be part of your diet
- 2. Defuse stress with friendship
- 3. Be tender with your teeth
- 4. Have fun with fitness.
- 5. Visit the eye doctor
- 6. Heart health is all important
- 7. Warm up with wine (my personal favorite!)
- 8. Synchronize your sleep
