To Start this thread, do the members believe the stats:

1)that more than 70% of the time, consumers will deal with the first agent that gets back to them when they have an inquiry.

2) 40% of lead gen forms filled out never get acted on

3) 74% of consumers said the reason they picked one particular agent was the agents response time exceeded their expectations
