I am inviting all brokers, managers, and team leaders to join me in discussing issues we face every day; legal issues, code of ethics, competition, recruiting and retention.  As a result of the current economic conditiions, our own office has experienced major changes in the past 6 months; some good, some bad. We've made mistakes and discovered new strategies that I would like to share with others experiencing the same.
