Full Service?? You Bet!

Oct. 2, 2008

Hi,

The following article really struck a chord with me.  The longer I am in this business the more diverse I become with client services.  In these more challenging markets we really become “full service Realtors”.  My story is about a seller that moved out with about two truckloads of items still in the home.  My buyer would not close until those items had been removed from the house, even if they were just outside the front door.  Guess who spent the next three hours throwing things out the front door!  Not to worry, a charitable organization picked them up and we closed that afternoon.  Full service at its best!

Best Regards,
Terry

OH, BY THE WAY, I'm never too busy for your referrals!
