While our current subscribers know that the Tallahassee Real Estate Blog features articles including charts, graphs and analysis of the Tallahassee real estate market, I also try to include anything that relates to real estate nationwide and occasionally I feature something that is unique to Tallahassee, but not necessarily real estate.

How is this fishing net so unique you might ask?

Well, unlike most nets that get all tangled up when not being used, Rod Presnell has invented a net that retracts and can be stored anywhere on the boat, with the mesh of the net protected by an outer case.

See the prototype from two year’s ago in this rare recording of the actual inventor, Rod Presnell. Rod demonstrates the prototype (functionally similar to the actual net, but the form has been improved).

Now I know many of you are sitting there thinking, I know this Rod Presnell guy! And you are right. Rod is the creator and builder of the “Brick House” as demonstrated below.

It is obvious that while Rod Presnell is a “Jack of All Trades” as an Inventor and Builder, he still cannot do it all. He needs you help!
