I haven't been paying close attention to this subject but you have piqued my interest. Can you pull up your contract form in a program like Zipforms, fill it in on the Tablet, have buyers sign it on the Tablet and then print or e-mail? If so, there may be a Tablet in my future.

Anything you can create in Windows XP can be marked up and "signed" by using Journal Note Writer, which comes with the Tablet, you can make property notes in your own handwriting (or covert them to text) when going on appointments. It's very easy. If you know how to Print to make a PDF file, you can Print to Journal, sign, print as a PDF, and email to the appropriate parties.
