I have a new toy too! I am writing this on my new Motion Tablet PC. This is
such an awesome machine. I don't even have to walk around taking notes in a
house because it has voice recognition as well and I can set the recorder to
wide angle to record the owner as they are telling me all the "goodies" in
the house. With the touch of a button I can go from landscape mode to
portrait mode. I can fill out contracts and have the buyer/seller sign it
right on the screen and email them a copy as well as the co-op agent.

I've only been really using it for 2 days now and the learning curve is much
lower than I thought it would be. I'm looking forward to taking it with me
to the MLS Data Topics in the Tropics next week and the REMAX convention at
the end of Feb. Mostly, I'm looking forward to writing lots of good clean
contracts and being able to change them on the spot without scribbles, etc.
No wasted paper. AND -It only weighs 3 pounds!
