With the new iphone 3gs out and the new blackberry storm (or blackberry in general) out I'm wondering which phone would be better for agents. I've read tons of reviews for both and of course there are those that swear that one is better than the other. Any agents out there that can shed some light on this topic?

definitely the iPhone. Just ask the tres amigo's. Saul got an iPhone, Mike Barnett got the BS like I did. it has some serious issues and I'm paying the fee to get out of my verizon contract so I can get an iPhone.

My 02, others may vary, but have had many problems with the BS. Now when it rings, it only rings ONCE and goes straight to vm, the keys I used to push to use the phone or do other things don't work anymore and even their tech dept doesn't know how to fix it.

I am sorry that Paula had the problems she did with her BB Storm... While I would prefer an iPhone, the BB does everything I need it to, and most importantly works with Verizon....Most of the issues with the BB has to do with the learning curve, which we have with any device we use.

To me the big difference between the iPhone and the BB is the OS..., in that the iPhone OS is much 'faster' (I actually wait for the BB to catch up to me ;-) ... Getting around (navigating) isn't as slick either... Also, the iPhone has the best graphics...

I am sure that when Verizon gets the iPhone or gets bought out by ATT that I will get one for myself.., ;-) ...
