Adverse Possession Plays Out In Boulder, CO

This blog is intended for Fort Collins area real estate info. However, I am compelled to post this story. It is very interesting. Down the road in Boulder a couple has won a court case giving them a portion of a neighboring property that the owners intended to build a retirement home on, having owned it for approximately 20 years. The couple suing being a former judge and a lawyer. Read about it here. http://blogs.rockymountainnews.com/denver/rockytalklive/archives/2007/11/the_great_boulder_land_grab.html

When first hearing this, I had difficulty even sleeping. This is a talk show host's dream. Watch for Bill O' Reilly or Oprah to pick up on this. Here are follow up stories on this. http://www.rockymountainnews.com/news/2007/nov/15/boulder-couple-accuses-former-judge-mayor-land-gra/
