Wildhorse Meadows Exclusive Priority Reservation Program

One of the most exciting new developments, Wildhorse Meadows, is now taking reservations for single family lots in The Range at Wildhorse Meadows.

Clients of Prudential Steamboat Realty will be part of the select few who have the opportunity to be in this Priority Purchaser Group and become an Exclusive Priority Reservation Holder.  Becoming a Reservation Holder is not an obligation to purchase, rather it will guarantee that you are among the first to receive detailed information as it becomes available.  When the homesites are released for sale in early fall, you will have all the information you will need to make an educated decision to own at The Range, including specific site information, design guidelines, neighborhood amenities, neighborhood association structure, and more.

By signing an Exclusive Priority Reservation and submitting a fully refundable deposit check for $5,000.00 (payable to "XYZ Title Co."), you make a commitment to work with us towards a complete understanding of what it means to build a home at The Range.

Priority Reservations mean you have priority in pricing, location choices and VIP events.  The first VIP event is scheduled for mid-September.  At this event, Association documents will be ready and available for your review, prices will be released and you will be able to walk the site and see the lot locations.  Once you have had a chance to review all of the information and decide to go forward, closing shall be in 45 -60 days.  Building can begin as early as next summer.  Many of the details are still being finalized, including pricing, but we were informed that pricing for the lots should be under $500,000.  Remember, this release is for the single family lots only, reservations for the condo/hotel and towhomes will be at a later date.

Reservations for this Priority Status begin tomorrow, Thursday, August 17th and ends the following Wednesday, August 23, 2006.  Again, this is not a COMMITMENT to purchase, just an indication that you are seriously interested in this project.  Contact me right away and I will get the agreement out to you so you can get registered today!
