I ran into Todd Allsbery, Ownership Representative for One Steamboat Place, and got a quick update on what's going on over there.  They are seeing a tremendous response to both their full and 1/8th ownership packages.  Their full ownership units start at $2.7 Million and they have almost more than double the reservations for these units than the number of units they have to sell.  Fantastic!  In addition, their 1/8th ownerhip reservations are coming in at a steady pace as well- they are at about 40% with these reservations.
