The statistics for your area are a bit frightening.  The days on market for most properties in most areas seem to be getting longer and longer.

Yes, in some areas this is true.  You have to remember this is a resort area and some of the properties at $1 million plus take a lot longer to sell, therefore the average DOM is getting larger and larger.  Homes and condos under $600K are selling at a much faster rate- especially if they are priced right from the beginning.  Thanks for your comment!!
