One Steamboat Place Clears Final Hurdle!

The Steamboat Springs City Council gave final approval to One Steamboat Place for it's multi-story, resort-style building that will feature nearly 465,000 square feet and be located at the base of the mountain, adjacent to the ski area's gondola building.  One Steamboat Place will include 80 residential units (fractional and full ownership being offered) and nearly 17,000 square feet of commercial space.  Completion is scheduled for fall of 2009.
