History Making Month- Yet Again!

 Due to a total sales volume of $205,527,100.00 for the month of May - a 132% increase from the $88,595,100 sold for the month of May in 2006!  This number includes the $58,000,000.00 Sheraton Hotel purchase.
 
The total sales volume sold in all of Routt County from January 1, 2007 to May 31, 2007 is already $676,557,000.00.   Last year from the same time period we were at $329,000,000.00.   If we keep up this pace, we could be at 1 Billion, 620 Million ($1,620,000,000.00) in total sales volume for the year!  Compared to 1 Billion, 121 Million ($1,121,000,000.00) for all of 2006.
 
Highlights for May 2007:
  • Downtown Average sales price = $800,548.00 up from $446,580.00 (5/06)
  • Mountain Average sales price = $1,049,000.00 up from $460,591.00 (5/06)
  • May 06 - last year only 3 residential places had sold between 1 to 1.5 million compared to 13 this may
  • In the 1.5 to 2 million residential price range their were 0 sales compared to 5 this May.
