Hi Stacy: I see that lots of folks are reading my article you so kindly posted on your site. There are two versions - the U.S. one and the Canadian one. They differ only slightly. Real estate is "so local."

There is an extra new link at the beginning of the article, further addressing the commission issue. Perhaps check it out also. I believe when the public truly understands our industry better, they themselves do benefit - and it helps make our job a little easier. Stay well. Cordially, Carolyne
