Marabou's "Casting Room" Theater Opens

"The movie experience at Marabou surpasses any theater I've ever been in," says Rudy Svrceck, one of our Marabou homeowners. Indeed, this 20-seat amenity is truly a motion picture haven - stocked with hundreds of movie choices in a Kaleidescape System, featured on the high definition, 14-foot, curved screen. The system is also computer compatible for Power Point presentations.

"Construction of our amenities has been on a brisk pace at Marabou, but we're not just opening amenities this summer. Marabou is nearly half sold out. In fact, by the end of May we closed on 23 homesteads, including homestead B-2 for $5,000,000. In the first week of June we closed on two more homesteads for $3,250,000 and $2,850,000! Sales remain incredibly strong, and we currently have six homesteads under contract, all with June or early July closing dates."

Now would be a good time to take advantage of the current incentives and pricing as Marabou will again raise prices on July 15.
