The developers of Trailhead Lodge in Steamboat Springs put $56.6 million in real estate under contract during the span of six hours Wednesday in Denver. They have sold 62 of the 86 units in the condominium hotel, which is part of the 47-acre Wildhorse Meadows project on Mt. Werner Rd., near the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Construction will begin next year.

Prices for the fully furnished condos began at $430,000 for studio units and climbed to $2.25 million for three-bedroom units. The most and least expensive units are the ones that went quickly.
Although units remain in all categories, most of them are in the mid-range — between $1.1 and $1.3 million.
Looks like Wildhorse Meadows continues to see huge success. All of the 41 single-family lots that were released last summer sold out very quickly and it looks like Trailhead Lodge is going to be a repeat. Alpine Mountain Ranch is proud to show off one of the most exciting elements added to the Ranch this summer which came from the hard work of the Rocky Mountain Youth Corp. This group of young people spent hours constructing 0.7-miles of the Hermitage Trail, part of the extensive trail system throughout the Ranch. RMYC built one of the toughest segments of the trail due to the 400 feet of elevation gain. The trail crosses Walton Creek twice, past the old homestead cabins and eventually leads to the future Hermitage Cabin, where homeowners can rest from their hike to reflect and enjoy a bit of solitude in the woods. This trail is not accessible by motorized vehicles. Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club is best shown by foot if possible. If you are interested in investing in Alpine Mountain Ranch, call me and I will give you a tour. (970) 871-1157 Stacy's Direct Line.
On the sales side, there is more exciting news from Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club. On the next 10 lots sold, the buyers will receive a Catamount Ranch & Club membership or a $65,000 buyer credit at closing. This is an incredible opportunity for you to become a member of Catamount Ranch and Club as well as a property owner at Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club!
A price increase will take effect August 1, 2007.
Create a Legacy.
